If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at email@example.com to request a refund or to make an exchange for a different product. Important to note that to be eligible for a return, your request must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
You will be responsible for returning the unused portion of the product to us and for return shipping costs. Products must be returned prior to receiving a refund. Upon receipt of the returned product we will refund your purchase.
All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return shipping costs (e.g. if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Gift cards are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item (unless the return is a result of our error). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
